Your quote defines the tools included, one-time implementation and onboarding, recurring access and maintenance, and the level of support. Custom workflows and integrations are scoped separately.

Hosting is a separate monthly cost, quoted to your site’s requirements. It is not included in website builds, website care, or staff tools unless your quote explicitly includes it. Suitable existing hosting can be retained, or hosting can be arranged for your site.

Standalone Pro license for one union website: form controls, staff messaging alerts, email monitoring, and dashboards.
Includes 12 months of updates and email support. Requires the free UnionWP plugin; Commerce is not required. SMS is planned and not yet available.
UnionWP Commerce

Standalone Commerce license for one website and store: order notifications, CSV reports, shipping discrepancy review, staff requests, and privacy controls for WooCommerce.
Includes 12 months of updates and email support. Pro is not included or required.
Pro + Commerce

Both licenses for one website and store. Includes 12 months of updates and email support. Purchased separately: $398/year. With the bundle: $299/year.

Included with each annual license: One live website and its staging copy, 12 months of plugin updates and security fixes, documentation, and email support for installation, existing settings, and plugin troubleshooting. Pro requires free UnionWP. Commerce uses WooCommerce for store features; it does not require Pro or free UnionWP.
Separate costs: Website builds, hands-on setup, custom development, training, and ongoing management. Hosting, third-party licenses, email or SMS usage, payment processing, shipping, and tax services are not included in the plugin price. Any services supplied by Empower Union are scoped and quoted before work begins. All prices are in USD.
